The register is compiled from HygTech Alliance’s customer information system, as well as from purchased marketing registers, or the information has been obtained from the registrants themselves by telephone, in meetings or in another similar manner.

Personal information will be kept confidential.
Retention of personal information
Personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the defined purposes. We will then delete the data unless we are required by law or the parties’ contractual rights and obligations to retain the data.
Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following cases:
(i) HygTech Alliance may use subcontractors to provide services. Our trusted service providers act for and on behalf of us and do not have an independent right to access personal information. We ensure that our subcontractors use personal information only in accordance with our instructions. Appropriate security and confidentiality obligations have been imposed on our subcontractors.
(ii) We may disclose personal information when required to do so by law, for example, to comply with requests from competent authorities.
Rights of the data subjects
Data subjects have the right to check the data concerning them in the register and, if necessary, to request their rectification, deletion or transfer from one system to another; the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data; the right to withdraw previously given consent to the processing of data; the right to make a complaint with the supervisory authority; the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing purposes.
The right to delete personal data does not apply to personal data that HygTech Alliance must retain for administrative, legal or data security reasons.
If you believe that your legal rights have been violated, you may make a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in the European Union. In Finland, the supervisory authority is the Data Protection Commissioner.
Transfer of personal data outside the EU / EEA
HygTech Alliance may use subcontractors in its operations, but personal data will not be transferred outside the EU / EEA.
